Common host questions

What community teams usually want to know.

Is this a product presentation?

No. The program is educational and centers on retirement planning decisions. It does not include a product presentation or individualized recommendations.

Do we have to provide resident contact information?

No. The community does not need to provide a resident list. Any resident who wants a private conversation may contact the firm voluntarily.

Will our community need a budget for food or drinks?

Our plan is for local partners to help fund approved food and nonalcoholic drinks, so the community does not need to use its own budget. Funding and event arrangements are confirmed before the program is promoted.

Can the presentation be adjusted for our residents?

We can coordinate timing, room format, and resident communication with your team. Material changes to the educational content require firm review and approval.

What does the program cost residents?

There is no cost to residents to attend the proposed program.

A simple role for your team

Your community shares the invitation. We handle the rest.

No community budget is planned. Your team helps select the room and date, then sends the approved invitation through the communication channels residents already use.

1

Choose the room and date

Use your clubhouse, activity room, or another community meeting space at a time that fits the resident calendar.

2

Send the approved invitation

We provide ready to use event copy. Your team shares it through the community email, newsletter, calendar, or resident portal.

3

Welcome your residents

Your team opens the room and welcomes attendees. The community does not need to provide its resident contact list.

4

We coordinate the program

We arrange the speaker, materials, room setup, and approved food and nonalcoholic drinks with support from local partners.

Supported by local partners

Food, drinks, materials, and the speaker are coordinated for you.

Verified local partners help cover approved food and nonalcoholic drinks. We coordinate the details so the community can focus on giving residents a useful educational opportunity.

The resident experience

One useful conversation. Seven connected decisions.

Residents do not need another stack of general retirement information. They need a way to identify which decisions are clear and which questions still deserve attention.

01

Spending

Estimate what the household expects to spend once work income stops.

02

Income sources

Organize the accounts, pensions, benefits, and other income that may support retirement.

03

Social Security

Review how different starting dates can affect household income over time.

04

Health coverage

Identify possible coverage gaps before Medicare and costs the household budget may carry.

05

Withdrawal order

Consider which accounts may provide income first and what may remain invested for later.

06

Tax coordination

Recognize where withdrawal and income decisions may create tax questions for a qualified tax professional.

07

Investment risk

Ask whether the investment mix supports near term income needs and longer term goals.

Program options

Choose the conversation that fits your residents.
